The "Kartab" system is a work-based system in which all processes of an organization work in this context and circulate between individuals within an organization or outside the organization. The office automation system is one of the parts that is part of the system and the system inherently incorporates several usable systems. The "Kartab" system is the first industry-wide workflow system. All tasks are defined in the form of a project, and eventually the ability to archive letters and attachments based on each project is easily possible in this system.
